Deck Unable to remove tags from cards

i have got nextcloud 24.0.3 with deck installed

since yesterday the tags are sticking on to card with different color than the one we have created on the board

if we are trying to click the tag, it gets added twice

it is happening one some of the cards

day before i has installed circles and today i have disabled it, no groups or circles were created

hi some of the tags created on the boards are disappearing on their own

is there a possibility to add to activities if a tag is added or removed on the card, this will help in monitoring the persons who are changing the tags

even addition or deletion of tags from the board is also logged
