is it possible to de-activate the “important box”
It’s of no benefit to me but gives me a more disorganized view of my inbox. It’s already a while that i have to demark e-mails that are marked a “important” every time i open the mail app in my Nextcloud. I really don’t like it.
Thanks for the app though, for the rest it’s working fine for me.

not yet, but please open a feature request at https://github.com/nextcloud/mail/issues/new?assignees=&labels=enhancement%2C+0.+to+triage&template=feature_request.md&title=. I’m aware that not everyone has the same workflow with email, so it is only natural that some don’t like the way the priority inbox organizes email.
If you have specific points that you think are not working correctly with the PI, we can try to improve them.
