The issue you are facing: I am unable to use DroidDAV in Android to sync Calendar and Contact information from Nextcloud. I am using an application password which seems to work fine for other applications, but does not work for Nextcloud

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): N

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Click through sync Calendar/Contacts in Android App with DAVDroid.
  2. Enter username and application password.
  3. Error pops up

Here’s the debug log from the Android client, it shows that I’m getting a 401 error, although the same password appears to be working for other applications.
