I know that e-mail is for stodgy old farts, but that’s still how I prefer to participate in an online community.

Also, how do I start a new topic by e-mail? A message sent to help@nextcloud.com bounced with this error:

None of the destination email addresses are recognized.

Absolutely. I adjusted this accordingly, it should work from now on.

Also, how do I start a new topic by e-mail? A message sent to help@nextcloud.com bounced with this error:

It’s a little bit hidden but try help+{category}@nextcloud.com. So in meta it would be help+meta@nextcloud.com.

Let me know if that doesn’t work and I’ll debug that further. But it should do quite fine
