Daily e-mail limit when using the forums through e-mail

Really? Can that limit be removed?

I know that e-mail is for stodgy old farts, but that’s still how I prefer to participate in an online community.

Also, how do I start a new topic by e-mail? A message sent to help@nextcloud.com bounced with this error:

We’re sorry, but your email message to [“help@nextcloud.com”]
(titled Daily e-mail limit when using the forums through e-mail) didn’t work.

None of the destination email addresses are recognized.
Please make sure that you are sending to the correct email address provided by staff.

Absolutely. I adjusted this accordingly, it should work from now on.

It’s a little bit hidden but try help+{category}@nextcloud.com. So in meta it would be help+meta@nextcloud.com.

Let me know if that doesn’t work and I’ll debug that further. But it should do quite fine :wink:
