Is it possible to manipulate / customise the file names that is set to exported calendars and contacts? Right now the files are names `exportedfile-YYYY-MM-DD.ics` Could this be changed to `YYYY-MM-DD-exportedfile.ics`? ---

Well, you could change it in the source code, but on each update, you have to redo that. You could ask for an option, to make this configurable, but that means there will be a lot of options (each option must be maintained, tested, …), you ask to change it to your version (but then you should be able to convince, why your version is better, or you just download and save the file under a name you prefer (e.g. if you regularly download different calendars for backup, you could do this with a script that also manages the renaming). ---
