Thank you very much for the app. I have all of my accounts loaded in. However wife has all of her account information stored in an Excel spreadsheet. I unsuccessfully tried to use the csv option to import them. What is the format/column order that the csv import option needs?

If you have a custom CSV file, you can use the custom csv option to import the file.
