The issue you are facing:

Hi, I can run the cron job manually and it works and shows no errors. However I have tried to following the cron job documentation and after following all the steps, it shows no jobs found for www-data. I don’t know why it is not working as I am using this process here https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/stable/admin_manual/configuration_server/background_jobs_configuration.html?highlight=cron
