# Could not load photos folder error message

I am reviewing the installation I did some weeks ago and noticed this error message  
and was wondering if it may be related with the fact that I installed nextloud inside a folder instead of the root / folder

The Nextcloud version I currently have installed is 31.0.5

Unfortunately you have ignored to fill in the [Support Template](https://help.nextcloud.com/t/support-template-please-use-this-when-you-request-support/137402) and didn’t provide sufficient information to help you on that issue.

Nextcloud Server version (latest): 31.0.7  
Operating system and version: Ubuntu 24.04  
Web server and version: Open Litespeed 1.8.3  
Reverse proxy and version: none  
PHP version: 8.3  
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error?: Yes  
When did this problem seem to first start?: It occurred after the installation  
Installation method: Bare Metal/Archive  
Are you using Cloudflare, mod\_security, or similar? No

I want to point out that I am using Enhance control panel in my server, and I have another Nextcloud installation in the same environment. This other installation runs in the root directory of Apache without any issues. Therefore, I believe that the problem may be related to the folder installation.
