Corrupted zip when downloading 2gb or larger folders

Hi!
I have a problem on Nextcloud 23.0.3, in files with an average of 2GB in the folder, when downloading compressed (.zip), all are corrupted. What can it be?

I don’t know if I posted this in the right place, I’m new here.

Nextcloud Hub II (23.0.3). Operating System: Linux 3.10.0-1160.59.1.el7.x86_64 x86_64
CPU: AMD EPYC 7282 16-core processor (6 cores)
Memory: 15.51 GB

What about other files (.iso, .tgz etc.) larger 2GB?
What operating and system do you use, where you downloaded the zip- files to?

Hi! I use Centos 7. This happens in mp3 files, compression in Nextcloud is automatic in .zip when clicked to download the entire folder with all mp3 files at once. It often gets corrupted when I click to download the entire folder.

Other .iso, .tgz files, not tested. But my mp3 files are not corrupted inside Nextcloud, it only happens when I download the whole folder at once, where Nextcloud automatically compresses it into .zip.
