i Have Question if there any chance to
i have File it can update every ( week,Month ) i Need this file update in User Files remove old one and replace with new one !
is there is any way to do that >> im using now shared files ! But i need the file for each user using on his own

You could share to each user individually such a file. You can use the API with a script. Pyocclient can create files and then create shares as well. That would be for some script outside Nextcloud.
I you want to create something based on things that are available in Nextcloud, you could write an app within Nextcloud.
