## The Basics - Nextcloud Server version _(e.g., 29.x.x)_: - 30.0.4 - Operating system and version _(e.g., Ubuntu 24.04)_: - Debian 12.8 - Web server and version _(e.g, Apache 2.4.25)_: - Apache 2.4.62 - PHP version _(e.g, 8.3)_: - 8.2.26 - Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Yes / No): - No - When did this problem seem to first start? - After upgrade with the attempt for the AI chat - Installation method _(e.g. AlO, NCP, Bare Metal/Archive, etc.)_ - Bare Metal - Are you using CloudfIare, mod\_security, or similar? _(Yes / No)_ - Yes. mod\_security ### Summary of the issue you are facing: I’m getting the following error over & over again: RuntimeException Error during request to Context Chat Backend (ExApp): ExApp `context_chat_backend` not found Error while running background job OCA\ContextChat\BackgroundJobs\ActionJob (id: 14579, arguments: null) After reading the external app instructions, I do not want to use the Chat app or external apps at all at this time. I saw yours and ended up in a similar spot. The external app requiring some docker setup and other things does not fit my deployment so I decided that I don’t need the chat. Now I just want to get rid of the error safely. ---
