Contacts import with "umlaute"

importet contacts (export from thunderbird-adressbook) dosnt support “umlaute” äöü…
here a exemple for schärer, it called “Sch=C3=A4rer”

Could you file a bug against the contacts app so the devs are aware of it and can follow up? Thanks!
