Hey,
I have two Nextcloud Servers/instances running and would prefer to have only one. Is there a way to consolidate the data automatically or have I to do it manually?

MHO: Do it manually, because you could then sort out deprecated files and reorganize its structure and so on.
I did it twice and had a excellent result in cleaning up both servers and migrate it to one.
negative effects: users had to recreate their account-information and passwords, but they we’re glad to do so due to the mess they’ve left behind after a few years.
