Connection assistant blocked

Hi, I’m using version 2.6.4.
I’ve been using Nextcloud for quite sometime now and today I noticed that my client couldn’t reconnect my cloud.

I tried to delete the connection and now to add the account again.
I entered the cloud address but then it blocked on the connection assistant (picture attached) and there’s no way to unblock it.

Does anyone have any clue on how to fix this ?
