Conflicting informations regarding my version of Nextcloud

  • On the one hand (the ‘Overview’ page of the administration settings),I can read that my version is Nextcloud Hub 26 Spring (34.0.2) and is up to date;
  • On the other hand, the Open Nextcloud AIO interface (where I can read that I’m running the latest channel Nextcloud AIO v13.4.0 and that all my containers are up to date), I can read the following note:
    “If you haven’t upgraded to Nextcloud Hub 26 Spring yet and want to do so now, feel free to click the button below. :warning: Warning: make sure to create a backup before clicking the button, as the update may fail and leave your instance in a broken state!”

Clicking the “button below” doesn’t make any difference.

If I test the nextcloud security scan, I obtain new informations

Running Nextcloud 34.0.1.2

NOT on latest patch level

Major version still supported

Scanned at 2026-07-10 22:00:16

The button doesn’t do anything because you’ve already installed Nextcloud Hub 26 Spring:

The button is not automatically hidden after the update. According to GitHub, the automatic hiding of the button is a work in progress, see the comment on this Issue:

https://github.com/nextcloud/all-in-one/issues/8413

The scan is out of date. Have you run a new re-scan?

Yeah, you have to hit the “Trigger re-scan” button to cause it to actually scan your system again. Simply loading the web page doesn’t do that.

Thanks, Markus : I’ll take a look on Github website (I need to remember to check it more often) !

Thanks, Fred : I’ll do that too !
