Configure iOS and macOS to sync calendar using Apple Profile Manager MDM

I try to configure my iOS and macOS devices using Apple Profile Manager MDM to sync my Nextcloud Calendar:

I created a user specific configuration with the following settings:

Account-Hostname and Port:
https://cloud.erber.biz                              443

Principal URL:
/remote.php/dav/principals/users/marcus

Username:
marcus

Password:
**********

When the profile is applied to macOS, I get an error result.
When applied to iOS, I don’t get an error, but the calendar is not available in the calendar app on the device. The account however is listed in the Accounts and Passwords settings page.

Any help appreciated!
