Company mail setup problem

Hi community. Upon logging in to company mail via mail app that I installed from apps.nextcloud.com I got a problem that could not resolve. Auto or Manual did not resolved issue. I know mail app needs app for password for gmail accounts but our is company mail that deployed on hosting.
What documentation can resolve my issue ?

What kind of mail system is the hosted one? It should work with almost all mail servers that uses imap.

Mail Server is RoundBox that comes with Cpanel

roundbox? If you mean roundcube that is an email client. If you have cpanel you most probably run doveot as mail backend. Sounds like you need a bit more than Nextcloud mail docs to get things running.
