I’d usually read/search the english forum for similar postings…
since every new major version is published in waves it might take a while until you’re gonna see it offered in your admin-settings.
To speed it up you could change to “Beta”-channel… after a moment the newest version should be available for you. Maybe you’d need to take a step inbetween and first update to 19.0.4. and then to 20.0.0.
But whatever you do - remember to take backups so that you could go back to a working setting.
