When I apply a Tag or Comment to a file residing in “Local” External Storages, the tag/comment is not visible to other users in the “Available for” group (also under External Storages). Why is this? I notice when the user logs-in, the are presented with a top-level directory named after the “Folder Name” (under External Storages) but the residing contents appear to have a different fileid than the original. Is this the intended behavior or does this seem incorrect? Thanks
