Collectives: How to block creation of new collectives?

Hi,

We’ve got nextcloud running and generally are happy with it.

But I’m trying to give a user-group “Read only” acces to collectives, meaning they can look at what’s published, but they can’t edit nor create projects.

I already found how to configure a project that only admins can edit, but how do I block a user group from being able to create a new collective project?

(I’ve got the program in Spanish and there it’s called “cuaderno collectivo”, not sure of the English translation.)
