Collectives 2.14.3 PDF size issue?

Issue is that I can’t attach/upload a PDF that is over 1MB into a collection.
Is there a file size restrictions for PDF? Seems like a 1MB PDF is fine but anything over 1MB is not allowed.

Collectives 2.14.3
Nextcloud 29.0.3

Has/Is anyone else seen/had this issue?
If you are running Collectives, could you try to add a pdf larger then 1MB?
