Collabora - Text not appearing

Hey! I have got Collabora working successfully though Nextcloud on docker besides a specific issue.

When I try to edit any documents (document, spreadsheet or presentation) the text appears blank when typing. I tried to go into full screen which updates and displays the text that I have entered, but this only displays changes when I press fullscreen or manually refresh the page.

Here is my loolwsd.xml (note the is replaced with the nextcloud subdomain that I am self hosting through docker)
