Collabora 'Save As...' error

Running Nextcloud 18.0.4 in a container with Collabora 4.2.3 in a separate container.

Both behind a Nginx reverse proxy

I can create and save a document with no issues.

However if I ‘File - Save As…’ then I get the following error -

‘Document cannot be saved. Check your permissions or contact your storage server administrator’

Back in the directory it creates a new file named ’ (2)’ preceded by a space.

Subsequent tries result in (3) (4) (5) etc. being created.

I can rename the file with a odt extension ’ (2).odt’ and refresh the page the file will open in Collabora.

The same happens with spreadsheet files as well.

Am I doing something wrong or should I file a bug. Is anybody else having the same problem?


My richdocuments v3.60 not works, so can’t try your issue. However, when I am using richdocuments v3.7.0-beta1 , “save as” works fine. The stable release of 3.7.0 may be available in a few days.
