Collabora online opening pdf as static files

Hi All ,

I am using collabora online to control the read-only and downloadable files in the nextcloud, But whenever users are trying to open the pdf files , it is opening as a static file in collabora online not allowing the user to copy or click the hyperlinks in the pdf , This highly impacts our production.Kindly look into it and provide a solution.

Also, jpeg and mp4 files are not opening with collabora online , Please provide any solution for the above issues , Thanks in advance.

I couldn’t find any existing topics related to my issue, which is why I created a new one. I have tagged it with collabora and collabora-online, as I am facing an issue with the Collabora Online plugin in Nextcloud.

Please let me know what technical information is required. Are you referring to version details?
