Collabora - is an Apache reverse proxy needed in my case?

I am hosting a Nextcloud server on an internal network, behind a TMG reverse proxy which sits on a DMZ network.
Is it possible to install Collabora and configure it to use the server’s real IP (i.e. 192.168.x.x instead of 127.0.0.1), skip the Apache reverse proxy step and do the publishing/mapping on TMG?
