Collabora :Could not establish connection to the Collabora Online server

Did any one find a solution for this problem of “Could not establish connection to the Collabora Online server.” i went through many posts which have the same problem, but no losution!
I installed the Collabrora online and the Built-in CODE server.
fine.
i went to setting-administration-collabora online
slected the use the Built-in CODE…
it turns then I get that error “Could not establish connection to the Collabora Online server.”

I am using
NC : version 19.0.3
Operating System: Linux 4.14.154-ovh-vps-grsec-zfs-classid x86_64
PHP Version: 7.3.18

So, i am using a shared hosting with ovh.
Is there a way to get pass this error or to install the own server baring in mind that I am on a shared hosting, so most commands will not work!
if this is not going to work, are there /is the are alternative(s)?

I’ve been having the same problem. I tried several solutions that are offered with no luck.

Did you make a fresh install of Nextcloud or did you upgrade it from an earlier version? I will be trying to make a fresh install of Nextcloud in a few weeks. I can let you know about how it goes.

Fresh install. I saw lots of pple complaining about this but no solution.
Try the new version NC 20…maybe they fixed something…or collabora works only on ownserver.
