Hi there, before I start here is my setup:
Ubuntu 18.04 on AWS running NextCloud 15.0.5, collabora in docker container, PHP7.2 and apache2. Any office files can be open, edit and save in NextCloud locally.
From a SMB External Storage, I can open and edit text files. Have no problem opening PDFs. But if I try to open any office files that uses Collabora, it hung until I refreshes the page. For example, When I tried to load a document:
When I tried to create a new document name test.odt. It save but fail to open in collabora.

It looks like a permission issue. My question - does collabora use a different user profile to access a office files? Like www-data?
