Collabora built-in connected, but not opening files after migrating from apache to nginx

I am using the first version of nextcloud 29.0 on a centos 8 server, and using built-in collabora for opening files, after using nginx 1.27.0, collabora stopped working but it shows connected to server. I get the following error in logs:
