Collabora and OnlyOffice: Are there rental Servers available to externalize the Document Server when Nextcloud runs on simple Webhosting?

Assumed a Nextcloud instance is installed on a simple webhosting where it won’t be possible to additionally install the required document server for running Collabora or OnlyOffice:

Are there any providers out there where I could rent a pure document server without renting a whole root server?
