Clients will not sync after reboot

After a workstation reboots or if a users logs out of the client it will not reconnect. Client states “No Connection to Nextcloud. Operation canceled.” If I remove the account and setup it will sync until the next reboot.

All seems to be good now. But yes when we were having problems the webclient would still work. Except logging in took 20-30 seconds. I also discovered that a user tried the wrong password about 15 times.

I assumed it was the Brute Force protection, because the issue did not exist from home or remote offices, but the hosting provider insisted it is disabled.

I’d guess so as well. We also have built in brute force protection. It will slow down requests after invalid login attempts. The 20-30 second login seems to confirm this.
