Client 3.0.3 not syncing some files without error

Hi,

I have a nextcloud server 20.0.3 and a windows client 3.0.3 running and the client does not sync some files. The files have a gray X as overlay but I cannot find a hint why. There’s nothing in the log. Other files in the same directory are synced fine. See attaches image.
General sync status is green.
Windows client 3.0.3 has standard configuration, nothing changed.

Any ideas?
