Class getonlydefaultaliases wasn't preloaded ERROR

I am getting the PHP error below every 2-10 minutes. Seems pretty random and I am not sure what causes it to reoccur so often. Did some quick searching on google and found almost nothing about this specific error. Relatively new nextcloud install, made a new test user, uploaded some documents to that user, and then got(related??) permissions errors when attempting to delete that user. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

Nextcloud version (eg, 20.0.5): 21.0.2.1
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): Ubuntu 20.04
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): 2.4
PHP version (eg, 7.4): 7.4.3

The issue you are facing: [PHP] Error: Class getonlydefaultaliases wasn’t preloaded at /var/www/html/nextcloud/lib/private/Authentication/Notifications/Notifier.php#35

The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:
