Circles 24.0.1 in NC 24.0.5 new installation does not show icon and invisible in contacts

I am completely new to NC. I am testing NC in order to use it in our organization. So I opened up an account at Hetzner and started watching videos online in order to see how to implement the workflows we need.
I noticed that Circles could be helpful, but, although it is installed, its icon is invisible in the app list plus it is absent from the contacts.
I am acting as an admin and I already tried deactivating and activating it again with no avail.
Any ideas?
