Check integrity Fail + Upgrade

Nextcloud version :10.0.6
Operating system : Debian 8.0

Hi,
I want upgrade my Nextcloud version, but I have Integrity problem :
- EXTRA_FILE
- stats/usage.html
- error/404.html

How can’I fix the File Missing ?
It’s possbile to Exclude the 2 folder “Stats” ans Error" from the Check ?

Can I upgrade from version 10 to 12 ? or 10 to 11 to 12 ?

I have add the 2 folder in the file : ExcludeFoldersByPathFilterIterator.php
But now I have the result :
- INVALID_HASH
- lib/private/IntegrityCheck/Iterator/ExcludeFoldersByPathFilterIterator.php
I must add this file : lib/private/IntegrityCheck/Iterator/ExcludeFoldersByPathFilterIterator.php
on "ExcludeFileByPathFilterIterator.php ?
