The issue you are facing:When users either reset password or change password for first time, they’re presented with a confirmation box to check, indicating they understand that their data is encrypted. Checking the box produces no result and confuses the end user.

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Create user
  2. User receives password setup email/clicks “forgot password”
  3. User sets new password and is presented with dialog, pictured below

What exactly is your problem, the checkbox is visible on your screenshot…

It is, but it’s also checked in that screenshot, with no visible indication. It looks the same whether I’ve checked it or not.
