Changing uri on nginx by adding /nextcloud

Hi,
I’m currently running Nextcloud 15.0.5 together with nginx 1.12.2 on Centos 7.6. This works fine, but I want to find a way to use example.com/nextcloud instead of simply example.com, so that I can also host different type of resources. I tried changing the location and the root directive, but it didn’t work. I’m not sure how to do that. Is there a simple way?
This is my nginx configuration file for nextcloud:
