The issue you are facing:

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? After initial activation of the certificate24 app.

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Activated certificate24 under apps.
  2. When I click on certificate24 under “Administration” is get this initial message:

Internal Server Error

The server was unable to complete your request.

If this happens again, please send the technical details below to the server administrator.
