Can't use webdav on macos

I thought it was a problem with the Nginx proxy but then I set my hosts file to go directly to the server and the issue persists.

Using Nginx with nextcloud 27.1.2. When trying to access the webdav url from finder on macOS I get “there was a problem connecting to the server”.

The iOS nextcloud client works flawlessly so im not even sure if it’s an issue with my setup? The client uses webdav correct?

It should work at least somehow with Nginx 1.3.8+ (they also link about shortcomings in the docs):
