Steps to replicate it:

  1. set snap proxy to get access to enternet
  2. sudo snap refresh nextcloud
  3. get full download of new version nextcloud(22.2.3)
    4.get failed error

error: cannot perform the following tasks:

  • Run pre-refresh hook of “nextcloud” snap if present (run hook “pre-refresh”: Unable to refresh: apps.nextcloud.com seems to be down, please try again later)
