Nextcloud 26.0.0. nextclouddata is removed to head folder on cloud.
When I try to update to 26.0.2 I see this:

The screenshot contains the answer to your question. There are some files on locations where they do not belong.
You should remove them from there and find out, why they got there.
I assumed so too, but won’t deleting them lead to loss of data/files?
I didn’t mention deletion, I said remove and most importantly clarify why and how they got there.
