Can't sync files bigger than 10MB

Hi,
I have an issue with syncing of files bigger than 10MB.
I use nextcloud client (version 3.13.3) on my mac
I sync with online hosting service for teachers (I don’t know how it is set up and can’t access it settings)
I sync on a windows nextcloud client (version 3.13) on a windows.

The folders sync ok. The only bug is when my files are larger than 10MB. The sync works fine upload but doesn’t download on the other computer. It says synchronisation is fine. The green tick is there but the file is not synced. It syncs ok when I make the file smaller than 10MB.

Couldn’t find help anywhere else.

Have you tried contacting them? There are a lot of variables here. Your Nextcloud admin will know the constraints/requirements of their environment. We can only guess.

I have searched the forums before posting indeed but couldn’t find my situation precisely. I’ll look again.
I have asked my admin too but didn"t get any answer yet. I hoped to be able to tell them what to do.
