Can't share any files/folders to local and LDAP users

Hi,
After update from NC10 to NC11 I can’t share any files/folders to other local/ldap users.
When I put some name/login of the ldap or local user there is no result.
App file-share is enabled on admin page.
I have disabled all apps but without success.

Sharing with link works good
Which steps should I follow to resolve this problem ?
