I cannot set mine (admin’s) or anyone else emails and I also cannot tell you anything about the operating system or the logs because my hosting company have blocked a lot of stuff.
what happens is I go to my profile enter an email then press enter and on my profile pic there is a small loading symbol. then it goes away and I thought it would be done but when I reload its gone and I’ve got proof its not working and that’s because when I go to the email server in settings > basic settings it says “You need to set your user email before being able to send test emails.”.
i have entered all the details for the email server but i can’t test it because it will not let me set my personal admin email. This is the issue i am trying to fix
when i try to test the server it says" You need to set your user email before being able to send test emails." but when i try set one in admin when i reload it after a minute or two its gone.
but i currently have bigger issues and thats cos my updater has got stuck “Step 3 is currently in process. Please reload this page later.”
