Can't see users from synology ldap server

Nextcloud version : 24.0.12
Operating system and version : Ubuntu 22.04
Apache or nginx version : apache2-bin/jammy-updates,jammy-security,now 2.4.52-1ubuntu4.9 amd64
PHP version : PHP 8.1.2-1ubuntu2.17

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Install ldap server on the synology device
  2. install ldap module to nextcloud ( LDAP user and group backend 1.14.1)
  3. try to connect nextcloud to synology ldap server
  4. After the fillinf the fields iand pressing test base DN i see “47 entries available within the provided Base DN”
  5. on the next tab - users - while trying to verify settings i see “0 users found”. “Only these object classes:” doesn’t set.
