Hey guys,
when i go to the users section in my Nextcloud it says that I cant reset the users passwords, because the master key is disabled. What can I do to get the ability back to change users passwords?
Nextcloud version 14.0.1
Operating system and version Ubuntu server 16.04.5 LTS
Apache or nginx version Apache 2.4.18
PHP version 7.0.32

I don’t have specific knowledge of this problem. I wonder, though, whether or not the command line would behave differently. The occ command has several commands for administering users. If you can, try them and let us know whether or not you are able to reset the user’s passwords.
