# Can't remove public link in files

This is outdated. The latest maintenance release is 32.0.8.

Anyhow, you’ll need to gather more information, such as that described in the [support template](https://help.nextcloud.com/t/support-template-please-use-this-when-you-request-support/137402) that you left blank. In particular, check Nextcloud Server log and the Web Browser inspector sections.

Apps list and config could be relevant too.
