Cant play mp4 video from ios nc app

Hi

i cant play mp4 videoes form the ios app.

i get all the info on the file but when i press play i wont start.
i se the length of the film aswell.

Text, picture and PDF files open right away.

I run NC 25.0.3 on a truenas server.

any known issues?
