Can't Open Office document

hey. i got this error log only while open office document at my nextcloud:

Can anyone who has solve this problem give me a solution for my error :slight_smile: cause, i didn’t understand why only if i open office document got this error, but odt file is not.

There could be several reasons, but have no info on it so here’s the quick list.

  • Check you have the latest docker image for your container
  • Check the file can be flawlessly opened with LibreOffice 5.1
  • Convert the MS Office file into an ODT file, then try again.
    MS Office (OOXML) has some weird features and format quirks.

Check that, if you think this is a issue/bug please let the guys at Collabora know and follow up with them.
