Can't Login via browser or console

Hi guys,
I am running my Nextcloud server on a VM and so far I haven’t had an issue. But the VM restarted and now I can’t log in via the browser or the console. On the browser, it shows an internal server error, and on the console, it is stuck on a login loop. I try to enter user and password and always show password incorrect. Also, it doesn’t seem I can enter a command in the terminal except for log in credentials. Where am I going wrong?

Your not providing much info to go on. (Hardware, install source, install details, or link to docs you used)

Look at what (you) might have changed, just before reboot.
