i was trying to use IOS App to syn my data.
i’m Using IOS 10.2 i6s
It works great with Android app.
when i’m trying to collect and it says "request time out " when i’m using mobile network or “it is not possible to connect to the server at this time” when i’m using WiFi.

yes i can login now through to IOS App,
server didn’t had HTTPS.

Hi would you be willing to share your solution? I am having such a hard time with mine? I can’t login on the iPad using the app? The request timed out is the error that I am getting. Are you saying that i MUST have HTTPS? Is this what solved your problem with the app? Thank you so much! Brian
